All new members receive thorough orientation and guidance. Our staff are also available to help provide support and direction throughout your membership.

So that you may enjoy a well rounded fitness experience, without having to go elsewhere for a good workout, we provide basic strength training equipment for members.

To gauge progress and test endurance, we have a normal treadmill which may be used by members to compare their experience on a standard treadmill with our Hydro and Air Treadmills.

Our facility features state-of-the-art massage equipment available to exclusive members. These include a hydromassage table, back roller, and roller chair. Some benefits include reducing cellulite, improving blood circulation, releasing muscle tension, improving lymph drainage.
