Hydro Air is a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness facility which features the HydroWorx EVO (a freestanding water treadmill) and the Boost 2 Microgravity treadmill. These are the gold standard in providing low impact movement and have a variety of practical applications including recovery, weight loss, supplemental fitness training, and active pain management.

We also feature supplemental recovery equipment such as the CryoBuilt Everest cryo chamber, Ovation ULT red light therapy bed, hot and cold plunges, traditional fitness equipment, compression boots, and much more. Dr. Bryce Petersen also operates his physical therapy practice within the facility on weekdays.

Individual sessions are now available for purchase. Memberships may also be purchased which allow exclusive keyed access to the facility during extended hours.

Some insurances and plans cover gym memberships in the form of reimbursement. Many also offer reimbursement for fitness or wellness services and products. Hydro Air Wellness Lab is not credentialed with any insurance plan at this time. You will need to speak to your insurance provider to see if they might reimburse for wellness services and memberships.

If you have an HSA or FSA plan, you may be able to use your funds towards Lab membership. Often times this requires a letter of medical recommendation or LMN from your healthcare provider prior to being able to use your funds. Speak to your HSA or FSA to see what they require. If you do require an LMN from your doctor, we have a pdf template you could use for your doctor's signature.

Hydro Air Physical Therapy operates separately from Hydro Air Wellness Lab, but also does not accept insurance at this time. An LMN is usually not required to use HSA or FSA funds for PT.

If an individually purchased session cancellation or reschedule is needed, you must call, email, or cancel through our scheduling software >24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

Monthly memberships may be canceled in writing 1 week prior to the next recurring charge.

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Hydro or water treadmills can be used by almost anyone, but are ideal for:

• Recovery from injury/surgery, especially of the back and lower extremities
• People with balance difficulties.
• People recovering from stroke or other neurological injuries.
• Anyone who has difficulty walking/running on land.

These treadmills should NOT be used by:

• Individuals who have open wounds or sores (especially fresh surgery). If you have a smaller wound or sore, we may be able to help with water proof dressing beforehand. Please call us if you have any questions about this policy.
• Those who have been given "no weight bearing" precautions.
• Any individual who should not participate in cardiovascular activities as directed by your doctor (see our hydro treadmill waiver for more details)
• People experiencing sudden or unexplained signs/symptoms coinciding with its use

Younger than 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Air (aka Microgravity) treadmills can be used by almost anyone, but are ideal for:

• Recovery from injury/surgery, especially of the lower extremities
• People with balance difficulties.
• People recovering from stroke or other neurological injuries.
• Anyone who has difficulty walking/running on land.
• Those training for races as a supplement to their regular training program.

These treadmills should NOT be used by:

• Those who have been given "no weight bearing" precautions.
• Any individual who should not participate in cardiovascular activities as directed by your doctor (see our air treadmill waiver for more details)
• People experiencing sudden or unexplained signs/symptoms coinciding with its use

Younger than 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

• Clients may be required to complete a health waiver and agreement prior to using our equipment which will help screen for contagious and communicable diseases, including TB, MRSA, flu and COVID.
• Courtesy disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the facility. Reminders are posted which encourage all to help maintain a clean and tidy facility.
• Each water machine has a dedicated filter pump which circulates water regularly. Filters are replaced per recommended guidelines. Bromine levels are maintained according to recommended guidelines. Additionally, we completely replace the water in each machine at least twice monthly.
• To help maintain water which is free from debris and lint, all customers are required to rinse off immediately prior to using water equipment. 
• All handles and frequently touched surfaces are wiped with disinfectant wipes regularly.
