Equipment scheduling (required for TMs, Red Light, and Cryo)

Water treadmills, Microgravity treadmills, cryotherapy, and red light therapy may each be used by VIP members as often as desired. However, scheduling of these equipment items is required prior to use to ensure no double booking occurs. This may be accomplished through the PtE app. We recommend becoming familiar with this app so that you can get the most out of your membership with us. Within the app, you can schedule equipment sessions, sign and upload documents, update payment, track exercises and health data, and message Lab staff with any questions you may have.

When you first signed up, you should have received an email asking you to setup your account. If not, you will need to contact us to verify info. Once your account has been set up, make sure to download the PtE app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, and use your credentials to sign in.
