30-minute session. Experience running in water on one of our Hydro treadmills, or remain dry and enjoy the feeling of weightlessness in one of our Air treadmills!

Session times range from 0.5-3.5 minutes. The room is reserved 10 minutes. Up to 3 people may do a session at one time, at no additional cost. Explore your inner Viking!

Session times range from 10-20 minutes. The room is reserved for 20 minutes. Rejuvenate and recover with the best red light table on the market!

The scan takes about 3-5 minutes. The room is reserved for 10 minutes. Creates a 3 dimensional scan of your body with loads of other data to help track health and progress. Its like a scale on steroids!

First time visitors may schedule a free 30 min tour of the facility. Additionally, new members may schedule 30 min orientations to the facility as needed for equipment operation and safety instruction.
